Hard work...at least for Mommy!
Drew is off this week, so we decided to take some day trips here and there. Today we went on what is called an "easy" hike on the internet. It is on Chuckanut Drive and was said to be about 5 miles round trip. Well, they failed to mention the two miles uphill that you would be hiking. This may have been easier if I didn't have a 22 (more or less!) pound child on my back plus the weight of the backpack. It was worth it in the end. The lake was gorgeous! We had lots of fun and the hike downhill was A LOT easier!! Oh yeah, please excuse all the sweat on my face...

Wow! Good for you, that looks like it was quite a workout and you certainly get double credit for carrying a toddler on your back! Hope you guys enjoyed the rest of your week off! :) Allison

Just thought I'd let you know that I just tried going to the EBC site you linked on your page and it went to the Food Network page... I enjoyed looking at the FN page, too, though! :)
